Eligibility Criteria
Ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria to apply for a Voter ID card. You must be a citizen of India, at least 18 years old, and a resident of the constituency where you want to enroll.
Visit the Official Website
Visit the official website of Voters Service Portal https://voters.eci.gov.in/
Online Registration
Look for the option related to online voter Login. Click Signup and fill out the required details accurately.
Form Submission
After Login complete the online form with your personal details, address, and other necessary information. Upload the required documents such as proof of age, address, and a passport-sized photograph.
Verification
After submitting the online form, the Electoral Office will verify the information. This may involve a visit by a Booth Level Officer (BLO) to your residence.
Checking Application Status
You can check the status of your voter ID application online. The website should have an option for checking the status of your application.
Collecting Voter ID Card
Once your application is approved, you will receive your Voter ID card thorugh Postal.
Remember to keep track of your application reference number for future reference.
